How to install:
1)
Download program (only 3 kb)
and extract it in c:\
2)
Download almost an image pack and extract files in c:\
3)
Extract all files from their zip in c:\
4)
Run iconlene.exe
and press "install"
5)
Close your Internet Explorer and reopen it
